Orders are processed in 1β2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3β7 business days within the U.S.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Expedited options available at checkout.
We cannot ship tobacco products to Utah, South Dakota, or any restricted areas. No shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or outside the U.S.

All cigar and tobacco sales are final. No returns or exchanges once shipped.
Accessories may be returned within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and with receipt.
Return shipping is the customerβs responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect orders. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5β7 business days.
